"The world is changed by a person. A person can be changed by education. We will change education paradigm with e-Learning, a combination of education and IT." This is the company's philosophy according to CEO, Kyu ha Lee. Since founded in 2003, WeDu communications works on e-Learning, edutainment and e-HRD consulting service.
The company provides cyber learning content and concerning service to more than 50 corporations, schools and public institutions. It is surprising to see that the company has built up outstanding career and has won several awards in such a short period of time.

What is remarkable is that its 'Comparing 3 Cultures in East Asia (2004)' and '21c Leadership (2005)' ordered by Hanyang Cyber University were graded A for two consecutive years by KERIS. It developed 'e-MBA Marketing' of Hunet and was graded A by Ministry of Labor in 2005. In March, it was selected as a best career partner by SAMSUNG SDS and won the 1st place with 'Creative Leadership' in e-Learning Expo Korea 2007. The company has its own methodology to perform its tasks. Three steps of 'setting up a strategy', 'performance and 'analysis of performance and suggestion for improvement' are used for better communication with customers. The firm established U-Strategy Lab in July and moved its office for enlargement. It opened an academic institute offline, COLA for an HRD education program, 'WeDu Value-Up'.
